 Deliveries and Returns Policy


Welcome to Accessories 4 Africa! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we're here to help.


 1. Returns


 1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging.

- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


 1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Perishable goods such as food.

- Custom or personalized products.

- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).


 1.3 Return Period

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.


 2. Initiating a Return

 2.2 Return Instructions

Once you contact us, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


 2.3 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


 3. Refunds


 3.1 Processing Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


 3.2 Approval of Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.


 3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


 4. Exchanges


 4.1 Damaged or Defective Items

 5. Additional Information


 5.1 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.


 5.2 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
